Stomach pain since 3 days
On 25th oct I had rum plus hot water and paracetamol..as I was having cold ... Now I am experiencing stomach pain in my upper abdomen for 3 days now... Can u tell me what to do...i am nt feeling well plz help me out... Which medicine should I take.
