Cold water and stomach pain
Why cold water hurts the stomach.
whenever i drink cold water i feel pain in my stomach.
its very hot here can't resist the thirst.
I am drinking more water and eating less due to hot weather.

You should not fight with your system.
If cold water hurts your stomach then don't take cold water. You should take fresh water from the water filter or a bottle of mineral water.

Drink normal tap water instead of cold water. Dont do prolonged fasting. Eat at short intervals

Drink sudden cold water can cause stomach spasm . .especially on empty stomach...
1st thing don't drink cold water at empty stomach
If u really want to drink cold water .
Drink sip by sip
Also u can keep cold water in mouth about 30 sec . Then drink it .

Also don't stay empty stomach for long . Eat in moderation but eat.
Avoid oily and spicy food ..
