Why cold water hurts the stomach.
whenever i drink cold water i feel pain in my stomach.
its very hot here can't resist the thirst.
I am drinking more water and eating less due to hot weather.

You should not fight with your system.
If cold water hurts your stomach then don't take cold water. You should take fresh water from the water filter or a bottle of mineral water.

1st thing don't drink cold water at empty stomach
If u really want to drink cold water .
Drink sip by sip
Also u can keep cold water in mouth about 30 sec . Then drink it .
