Hi everyday i am having tightness and pain in middle of chest before i used to think it is due to anxiety but now i think it is do to acidity and food always comes back in throat specially after eating and while eating what to do i don't want to develop cancer in my esophagus, even i do not smoke, no alcohol, no junk food regularly only in 15 days once what to do improve please tell

Sir, I am suffering from antral gastritis. My 14 days HP sompraz kit course is over. From 15 days back, I am taking Nexpro 40mg. Some times  I feel chest pain lasting for few second. Is it common to have mild chest pain during Antral gastritis.
