Stomach Problems & Remedies

I always feel constipated n feel to go ro washroom 2-3times a day Please suggest a good liver tonic to keep liver haelthy.

From last 15 days there has been a change in my Bowel pattern. It's like having very soft stools (Not diarrhoea, Type 5 as per chart, Brown colour, not smelly) which occurs in the morning after I wake up ( Normal bowel time) and then next day I have normal stool ( Light brown/yellowish, Type 4 as per chart) which does not occur in morning but occurs at around 12 in the afternoon after I take my breakfast and some snacks. This stool is smelly. In between 1 or 2 days I was having a lot of flatulence but there is no abdominal pain. Fortunately the flatulence is gone now. This pattern is alternating from last 15 days.

I am feeling cramps in stomach for past 2 days. But not loose motion. Taken pudin hara & norflox tz The stomach ache is causing fever in night, for which I took paracetamol. Pls suggest some medicine.

My father, 59yrs of age, is suffering from sudden pressure of stool. It happens on any time of the day suddenly. The stool is waterish or semi solid. However, he feels very very weak after passing such stools. Also at the same time he is unable to control it when it happens. Note: He is having normal stools every morning and with the normal stools he is fine. The above senario when it happens makes him absolutely weak. Medicine he is given over the counter - Rifagut 550. (Rifaximin Tablets)

My so is 3 years old. He gets stomach pain once in a week or 15 days . He gets it between 11 pm and 12 am. We never notice it in other things. Plz help me doctor
