Upset stomach
Hey doc,
good evening ,
i wanted to ask you about causes and symptoms of an stomach infection. I have been diagnosed for this couple of times even though i eat very simple homemade food and my diet mostly includes fresh yogurt , lassi, apples bananas, idlis all simple homemade food.

Avoid spicy and nonveg foods.and oily , sugarrich food
eat fruits salads and vegetables
drink plenty of water curd and buttermilk
eat small frequent meals and avoid large meals
don't lie immediately after having food
