Fresh not clear joint pain stomach pain slowly weakness nose elergy hot cold fungus elergy in nail after drink water bathroom 3- 4 time

Heating like sensation outside or near anus I also got some times mucus like motions Some blood also during motion

I have burning sensation at the opening of my anus very much from 3days I never have 1time faced but now it is hard Blood also during motion

I have frequently bowel moment sometime its look like solid after sometime semi liquid or solid type stool .so that there is always pain, haeadache , fatigue, always seems to be sleepy like that..beacuse there is lack of energy ,so i think the problem is in the large intestine because absorbtion is not going well... So pls suggest me what type of problem i have according to the symptoms has i mention above so pls suggest me what to do if i had any infection in the intestine so what to doo ...

My dad had accident yesterday, he got hit by a bike handle at back on right side 4-6inch above waist. He is having gas problem, feeling hard in stomach and it is not getting clear. He went loo but nothing happened.

Hello Sir / Madam, I'm Subhendu Das 29 years old I'm having too much of gas feeling uncomfortable but no pain in the stomach. But the main issue is I'm not able to fall a sleep every time I'm falling a its something wake me up like a stroke or something sure not a stroke but feels like I'm going to pass out. After that I'm feeling some kind of pinching in various points of body. If I have a beer in the evening or night i can have a perfect sleep. I wanted to what kind of disease is that and how can cure this. I'm not able to sleep from last 2 days. Please suggest me a treatment 🙏 Thank you.

My son is 4 year old and had 4 episode of Abdominal Pain and vomiting. 1. 21st March 2020 2. 30th July 2020 3. 6th August 2020 4. 3rd September 2020. 5. 22nd September 2020.(Only Vomiting) To further diagnose the recurrence consulted paediatric surgeon and he suggested blood test and barium x-ray and concluded appendicitis. Due to unavailability of surgeon, I started consulting with Gastroenterologist, Endoscopist suggested before surgery CT scan is required to confirm appendicitis and report says no inflamed appendix and ruled out appendicitis and Abnormal CBD detected and suggested immediate EUS intervention to confirm the possibility at same time blood test done and it shows elevated Amylase(230) and lypase(370). His endoscopy is done and cleared the possibility of obstruction. CBD is clear and no obstruction is seen in EUS and shown PAN Gastritis and Duodenitis. Does it mean my son had pancreatitis as per CT Scan and Blood report but now obstruction is removed by itself?

My Father has been suffering from Indegestion Problem since past 8 months for which he is taking medicines as mentioned. Father is not keeping well and need a proper solution. Please help.
