Recently my mother diagnosed with typhoid. She has only one symptom that is fever...nothing else. Fever ranges 99- 103. She has little digestion problem and gas. What could be the best treatment. She is 70 year old.

Had severe upper abdominal pain on 22nd mar.I was detected with 6.5 mm gall stone on the neck Area of gall bladder on 23rd mar thru scan. Cbc, lft, amylase lipase tests done. Doctors suggest to remove entire gall bladder due to this stone. Is that procedure same for everyone. Want to get some guidance before proceeding for surgery. Also please give more details on the variation in the lft test- what does it mean? Should I really go for surgery to remove entire gall bladder or can this be solved with some medicines?
