Urine smell and abdominal pain

CBC - normal
Stool - normal
Constipation since a year
Abdominal pain since a year which disappears after a minute
Pungent urine smell, literally could smell urine smell through my pants .
Intense Hair fall and thinning , pattern baldness since 6months .
Facial beard is thick and dense (no harmonal problem, no genetical problem)

looks like irritable bowel
need to rule out any serious pathology inside
further evaluation needed
by maybe endoscopy CT scan
but can’t do blindly without further discussion and evaluation
try and avoid alcohol and smoking take fruits and vegan diet and take a consultation with a dermatologist for hair fall and a dietition also to rule out faulty diet if any
