Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I have been facing Gas pain from 1 month, It rotates in upper abdomen, back and chest. I have also done Ultrasound test which is clear. But the pain still exist. Please help.

Dear sir Age 30 not having any smoking or alcohol habits .. doing work at office for 10 hours . Sudeen since 4 days I am feeling upset stomach like heavyness in stomach even if eat small rice also . But today started fully watery yellow motions unable to understand why . Pls tell any tablet and tips pls . Am unmarried and I feel heavyness on stomach even if not eat.. pls help thanks

I am unable to clear my stomach . I am taking normal dal rice chapattis ( ajwain added in chapatti ), Cucumber, carrot , beetroot etc in my daily meal . Also taking lemon juice & cocont water .Then also my stomach is upset .
