Stomach Problems & Remedies

Feeling discomfort in my lower abdomen since 2 months. Gas, little cramping pain, and not getting full evacuation. I am Diabetic, having high BP, CAD and Hypothyroidism. Taking Glimprex MF 2, Telmikind AMH, Ecosprin AV and Thyroxine 100mcg. Now added Sporlac DS for stomach. But of no avail. Can you suggest some medicines for Stomach disorders ?

My fatty liver does not recover in 6 months and my stomach is upset from 6 months My stomach also upset when I am eating something.

I was operated for hemorrhoids in July 2020.. since then I have inconsistent bowels.. now as on day I have to visit washroom 3 times in the morning.. as I feel stomach is empty I come out then after some time the urge comes up. Whenever I think of pooop.. I get it. Sometimes I have bowel movement in day time also.. bowel movement s are normal but a bit foamy sometimes.. How to regularize my bowel movement to 1 or 2 in the morning.?

Suffering from gastritis from few months, Took Hpylori kit last month, symptoms reduced to 50% but still burping and lil pin sensation is there in stomach.

Hi Doctor, I have GERD, had Hpylori with chronic non-atropic gastritis with ulcers and on medication. With this I also have Internal Piles which was diagnosed after doing colonoscopy. Very often I pass blood in stool and I have severe back pain. Before passing motion I feel complete body very discomfort and even get tired. After passing I'm little relaxed with tiredness about pain the rectum is there. I'm taking Colospa' medicine and 4k-peg. But I still get blood, not much and steak.Pls advise

Can indigestion really be cured? If yes then how? I really want a doctor's true opinion at this point. What are the small and big steps one needs to take? I have been suffering from indigestion from past 6 months. I had one infection, then antibiotics, then indigestion and gas issues. It's not getting any better.. help
