Hi , I am facing constipation from past 2 years. I have been working in rotational shifts which I think may be the reason for my constipation. I am doing yoga everyday to poop better but still it is not helping me. Due to this red pimples started popping on my face which was not the case earlier, ever they were not in my teenage. Please advice if there is any medicine that can be taken to poop better daily.

Due to hard stool pass, got some cuts in the anus area. It is swollen and blocked. Now I am taking fibre and laxative and also sitz bath.but still having problem passing stool. I am facing the problem from 1 month . Please suggest.

Hi Doctor, I am facing this problem since long time. Whenever I eat breakfast , Lunch and Dinner. After few minutes , I go to the toilet. It's just like "Eat anything and Go to toilet". Sometimes I use to take Liv 52. Please suggest something. Thanks

Hello recently I done a laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis before 20 days. Since 3 days onwards I getting pain on middle of the stomach like gas pain and I used the gas tablet also i'm taking of food diet even. In early mornings the pain was severe. Im unable to sleep also on mornings. So suggest me the best way to get rid this pain.
