I am facing accidity issue please suggest me the treatment ..watery mouth after eating burning sensation

My stool is yellow and loose from past few days and i have weakness i have attached my  liver test and ultrasound. Is this due to Gilberts syndrome ?

My lower abnormal feel heavy there is no pain it's just feel like heavy or tight what are the causes of this plz help

I am having a mild but constant stomach ache since last 3 days in the abdomen area (mid stomach). Feels like gas firmation all the time. The stool is slight loose to normal. Please help.

From last 8 days he is suffering from fever and weakness. From lab reports it shows typhoid. We have seen a doctor and he gave meds paracetamol and other but his stomach is really upset he is having gas all the time. And weakness also.

I am regularly having the bloating problem. Very frequently this problem reoccurring. I take antacid and the problem subsides for few days. Consulted many doctors but till date no solution for permanent relief. Can you suggest any remedy or tear or what to do?

I've been continuously having rectal bleeding since past 3-4 hours. I had the problem of constipation before. Bleeding is not accompanied by pain. I have discomfort. It even ejected a small blood clot with the bleeding. I never had these symptoms before. I recently took the course of amoxicillin then doxycycline after foot injury due to an accident (course ended before 3 days).
