Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor, I'm currently facing unresolved from 10 months with hpylori with chronic non-atropic gastritis and GERD problem. I'm currently on medication and after stopping the medications I again see similar symptoms reoccurring. I have already taken 2 course of medication for hpylori and again my symptoms are reoccurring. I'm worried if it is going to cure permanently or not or will it create more problems. I have gnawing pain above umbilical cord. Is it becoz of ulcer? When will I lead normal life, as I'm following correct diet and taking correct time medications. I have one yr old baby girl and my first daughter is 3 yrs old. I also have internal piles after delivery. Pls advise as to how can I resolve this problem soon.

Hello Doctor, please see the pic, the marked area just below ribs. I am having tightness and sort of burning sensation in this area due to which i also don't feel like to eat. This is happening quite often but usually resolves on its own in in 2-3 days?

I am having mild lower abdomen pain and discomfort from 3-4 days. My bowel movement as well as appetite is good just having little gas and dull ache in lower abdomen especially after eating. What should I do

After having noodles yesterday, I have severe burning sensation in stomach. I took aciloc tablet there was some relief. But still that burning sensation with movement is re appearing and disappearing every now and then.

Yesterday I had eaten something that has caused a problem in my stomach. Fever is also there which is fine now. Now there is intermittent pain in my stomach .. What should I do.

Dear Doctor, I went to a doctor on 22nd Feb as I felt dizziness, my body temperature was 94.5 and urine was smelling. I felt bit worried because I am working from home since lockdown and hardly go out. I had gone out on 19th feb in afternoon heat. And this drowsy feeling started next day. DR  gave me uriliser to be taken 10ml 3 times post meal with water and pre biotics. On 23rd night my heart beat increased to 105 and I started breathing heavily and faced difficulty while breathing. 24th morning I went for blood test, sonography and xray prescribed  by doctor and on 25th I came to know vitamin b12, D are very low and high cholesterol. Xray and sonography reports are normal. But since 23rd night my breathing has become difficult and have acidity. My neck chokes and my chest becomes heavy and burning. I am eating normal food since that day. My tongue tip burns and lips become dry as if winter. I am taking macrabonik dsr in morning before breakfast and 1 other open tablet at night.

Last yr, march I didn't exercise for 15-20 days which caused bloating & it used to cause me anxiety so with consultation i took pan-d and mucain gel for 15 days. But I started controling my diet way too much which caused me to go down to 43kg from 49. It caused weakness. I did endoscopy in sept which showed mind antral gastritis and small hiatus hernia.i was given pantocid-it for 15 days and multivitamin. I felt lot better so didn't go back to doctor & started diet with the help of dietitian in oct and gained 4 kgs in span of 4-5 months. I used to feel weak but much less and was taking zandu pancharisht. Also used to eat every 3 shours. But now again i am passing gas many times , it starts as soon as i eat and i feel weak & light headed sometimes in a day. I now walk for 3 km a day in morning and also following diet for weigh gain.Taking Ayurvedic medicines for this problem and vitamin e capsule and one multivitamin. i want to get rid of this, can gastritis cause this or i can hv SIBO?

Hello Team, Suffering from diarrhea and vomiting, could you people suggest any general medication ?
