I am having stomach issues from June 2020, I was very anxious about the pandemic, my stomach hurts all the time except sleeping. o have consulted many doctors near by. done my endoscopy and scan thrice. impression was fatty liver, functional dyspepsia/gerd. all doctors gave different opinions like its ibs, sibo, Gerd etc. I have taken many medicine also which prescribed by them. but I m not cured, my main symptom is pain in upper abdomen, breathless, fatigue. weight loss, wide spread body pain, had bloating too much. but don't know it has reduced somehow. pls suggest me.

My SGOT is 99.70 and SGPT is 67.40 and cholesterol is 193.My liver is also enlarged around 15 cms I drink alcohol frequently. Kindly suggest medicines

I took pain killers for my tooth pain 1 year back since then my acid reflux issue started. Endoscopy report is lax les and reflux esophagitis. Does pain killers weakens the sphincter? Because I haven't faced acid reflux issue prior of taking pain killers.

My son hit his head last week and today he has vomit and nausea multiple times. Can the vomit be due to head injury? Or its some gastric issue.

Feel a lot of pain while excretion. Has happened in past. Usually stays for 3-4 days and then goes off. No blood. Can feel something around the anus but not sure exactly what the cause is. No other issues faced. No pain in stomach and bowel movement is ok. Please advice and thanks a lot in advance.

Sir, Iam suffering from continuous gastric pressure below spine, my mri brain and spine everything is normal but Iam unable to sit on steel chairs, unable walk in hard substances like cement roads sir. Unable to sleep on hard substances sir. This is continuous pressure in my spine. Iam getting severe heavyness and pressure in head sir. Consulted neurologist but my problem not cured sir. Suffering a lot because of these problem the pressure radiates to head when I lying down. Unable to travel in buses normally because of these problem sir.

I have seen numerous doctors for my weight gain. I don't have PCOD, Thyroid, diabetes issues. Doctor generally told me that my metabolism is slow at cellular level and there is low absorption. Recently, my bilirubin is 1.4 indicating high levels, my hemoglobin is 11.5 with regualr I take of dexoorange tablets. My weight is is 75kg and Height is 5 feet. I really want to work on my weight. My diet contains only home cooked food with balance of Dal, sabzi, salads with appropriate quantity. I avoid outside food coz I don't like it very much..no soda..no tea or coffee. I don't excerise much coz I get fever and too much fatigue. Please guide me in the right direction.

We have taken abdomen ultrasound and found my wife is having subcutaneous abscess in lower abdomen, she had c section 4 months back, is that the reason for abscess , is this serious issue?
