Loose stool two to three times daily or upper right side abdominal pain and feel heavy at this right side

Hi I was suffering from GERD as diagnosed by the doctor. I was having slight chest pain possibly due to esophagitis. When doctor gave antacid medicines for 10 days (PPI in morning , Actapro before meals and Siminthecone syrup) the condition was better. After 10 days medicines is stopped. But 2 days after stopping the medicine, I am again feeling slight irritation in esophagus. Could you suggest me a diet plan to completely heal esophagus and how long do I need to take the same .

After use of antibiotics, doctor says my body lacks required protein that causes digestion and I have also have mild gastritis, any advise on how can I improve my digestion?

Hello, I have a problem of IBS due to which I remain constipated and I feel cramps in stomach and back. There is always gas build-up and stomach remains bloated after eating. Initially I did LFT and Ultrasound but it's normal. Hence please suggest some remidies for IBS..
