It has been 2 months, since I visited doctor and did endoscopy and report says I have erosive fundal gastritis and been in medication for 2 months and yet I still feel burn sensation in my smotach.. what should I do now... it's a serious problem whether I should visit doctor again.

I am 25 years old. One month ago I noticed blood in stool and one episode of melena . After that I had abdomen pain . I went to gastroenterologist. He suggested CT abdomen scan followed by endoscopy and colonoscopy. CT abdomen results are as follows:. Liver structure normal with increased echotexture. Mild diffuse fatty changes in liver . Mild thickening of terminal ileum and cecum due to ileocolitis. Endoscopy report was clean. Colonoscopy report was ulcerated Ileocecal valve with Friability. There were severe ulcers in ileocecal valve. Doctor suspected it to be ilieocecal tuberculosis and biopsy sampleswere taken. But the biopsy report stated that ZN strain for tb  tested negative for ACid fast bacilli..Lamina propira showed neutrophilic suppuration with Karyorectic debri and inflammatory cells.No evidence of granulomas/ malignancy studied in section . biopsy report supported non specific ileitis.I have lost 3 kgs of weight.Please suggest what this could be.

Ive ibs from 4yr.. Before 3yr dr say its hiatus hernia and appendix then operation.. But no result All reports are negative Treatment with many drs n many branches like ayurveda , homeopathic , yunani etc all dr say its from depression Then I'm deciding to treatment from psychiatrist.. After 8 month of treatment no any relief then dr stop medicine slowly and say forget all thinks but no relief.. I'm change my life like 8month ago I'm a student now I'm doing a job . Doing yoga , jogging.. Ive change my all routine.. Change my all life but no result.. I don't no what i do Which type of treatment cure me.. Now symptoms acidity, nausea, heartburn, semisolid stool, diarra, constipation, irregular stool pass.

Can you please suggest any one best syrup for free motion and digestion... Any one tablet please advice me

Hello mam,I m pregnent with just completed 6 months nd problem is this whenenver I eat heathy food with less oil and spices and even eating fruits I feel after eating sometime used to do stool ..can u plz tell me y my digestion is not working properly??

Hello Doctor! I have chest pain . Sometimes I get anxious and the heart beat goes fast. I do burp alot. I get anxious if there is a chest pain and feel like it's heart related. Arm pain comes and goes with neck and shoulder pain. Everything seems like heart related. Is it so?

My daughter is vomiting daily for the past 2 weeks. She has stomach pain while vomiting. Some days vomiting is severe like 5 to 6 times and some days once. Our pediatrician cannot control the vomiting by tablet or injection. She even had iv drips but no use. She becomes very tired and it is affecting her studies.

I had Wisdom tooth Extraction 15 days before. after that i was on Anti Biotic Augmentin 625 for 5 days 2 tab daily. my recovery was good so i had some alcohol after 11 days of surgery. but from last 2 days having mild pain on right side of abdomen and little nausea. went for LFT test and found some abnormal value. reports attached. please suggest

Gas is high in stomach and also indigestion is vry much I have to go to the  bathroom frequently after eating and got weakness dur to which I can't walk stable
