Hi ! I forgot to ask the doctor how to take these tablets ? Are all to be eaten after food or what? Please help

Since last 4 days, I have stomach pain after having a meal above my navel area. Symptoms include bloating and churning of the stomach. Also I am having irregular bowel movements. Please help.

In January i got my upper endoscopy done and was diagnosed with gastritis and ulcer ..and have one month medicine ...my main syntoms was nausea after eating ...but I got better but still sometimes twice in a month I got this felling and sometimes vomiting after eating ?? What can I do to cure this

Does a person have ibs and malabsorption both?is there any link between them .does my intestines again starts to absorb nutrients after treatment.

Diagnosis fatty liver in June 2020. taken allopathic medicine many times after some time feeling heavy in liver and acid reflux or yellow tongue.
