Hello Doctor! I have a sharp pain on breast bone, associated with burps and arm pain. The pain is not continuos .. lasts for seconds only..but have arm pain with neck pain ..I hear cracking sound when I turn my neck. Is this something to be worried or due to acidity?

Today I was diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1.. but I don't drink/smoke.. my lipids are in Gud numbers.. no sugar... liver function tests also fine ( bilrubin borderline-1.25) my bmi is Around 29 which is overweight but not obese So how can I get it and what are the future risks? Will it turn to liver fibrosis? When shud I get next ultrasound done? I am very scared No one in family has it...

Hi all , I have too much bloating problem and stomach infection s issues from childhood. But bloating worries too much in my social life.i had visited gastroenterologist and when I took medication I dint had any digestion and bloating issues but after my course done it's same issue.when I go to washroom in the morning and my stomach is cleared I il experience lil stomach pain and there only my bloating starts, is there any permanent solution pls help

Sir i had loose stool and indigestion for 15 days, and doctor prescribed me rifaximin 550 twice a day but this drug didnt help me. On the top of that it made stomach cramping. I have heard that this drug can kill your friendly good bacteria and permanently alter your digestive system. Is that right? I am scared. I dont have ibs / sibo
