I am getting loose stool every morning once. I am also facing acidity. I have taken enzar forte after food and enzo d before food since 1 day. Will it help me further. I have burning sensation in stomach.

I had my blood test and my SGOT (AST) results came high, which is 54. Rest all liver tests were fine. How can i improve it. What should i do?
