There is consistent abdominal pain due to excess fatty acid in liver according to ultrasound report as well as urine problem. Is there any recommended test for this problem or any prescribed medicine ??

Hello Doctor, My sister facing frequent gastric issue. She feels upper right back pain also most of time. Now a days she feels difficult to breath due to havey gastric problem and her feet and palm getting cold for some time. We do not know either we have to meet neurology doctor or Gastroenterology. Last night had severe heart burn and acid reflux.today at 4 am had severe nausea, couldnt take any food. Acid reflux. Slight burning pain in stomach. Not feeling well.

I am having burning and itching discomfort in anus. It starts after passing stool and continues for long time. It resolves on its own ,I will be fine for some days , again same repeat. Why is it reocurring. Currently I am having itching and light burning.

Last week I was diagnosed with throat infection since I had dry cough,sore throat, mild fever and vomit for 2-3 days. But Currently for the past 3 days I'm having indigestion(vomit) whenever there is an intake. Please suggest
