Can I sleep on stomach? It is the 7th day after hernia surgery. The mesh pain is very mild. I am not taking any medications

My little baby 9 months old suffering from jaundice since birth & has diagnosed Biliary Atresia and was passing white color stool but after 4 months we noticed yellow color stool and we did latest sonography & found no Biliary atresia, it is showing choledochal cyst type iv now with enlarged spleen.
