I have got external piles from 3 days.An outer swollen is form in anus.Which I can fell which washing my stool. What ointment should I prefer?

Hello everyone, I am male 24 . From the last whole month I have been getting blood in my stool. And these are not just patches of blood, thr quantity is a lot. And I started taking medicines consulting genral doctors but it didn't stopped. Now I have changed diet, increased my water intake, lotsbof fibre and all..the stool is now soft but the blood hasn't stopped. Recently I started getting pain while passing stool, and when I checked the area around my anus was swollen up..inside and outside both.. I don't know what to do.can someone help me with this..

Hello Doctors, Recently I have done LFT and other blood test. However, in LFT I found my GGT is bit on the higher end and it came up 122 and ALT(SGPT) 44. Is that a reason to worry? Just a point to highlight I drink 3 beer bottles every week but now trying to cut down. Hi doctor, from last 1 month I am feeling like tired and stomach upset & bloating and hunger after passing motion. Sometimes getting loose motions , sometimes normal motion. When I eat something stomach is ok, when it is empty getting light Lower abdominal pain. Excessive gas and burping also. CBP , LFT , RFT, ABDOMINAL SCN, CUE , Hba1c also done , those were normal. My husband had been asked to a blood test in which his SGPT is shown 89.Although he doesn't consume alcohol.He has a problem of stomach pain sometimes.I want to know what can be possible cause of this high SGPT count?
