Hello I initially had constipation.. then i started getting loose stools as i took triphala.. now i get firm stool but the problem is I get narrow stools only.. it is happening since 1 month approx.. not even single day , i have got normal stool.. is narrow stool once in a day a cause to be concerned... if yes, whom should i go... A general physician or a specialist..

There is discomfort for sometime in the stomach after immediately consuming any type of solid food, may it be fruits or fried food. It feels like something is stuck in the stomach. The stomach feels relaxed after physical activities like running and jogging. Bowel movements are fine.
