Yesterday i took isabgol powder and today i had some part of my stool like rubber jelly... My gp said its because i didnt take much water with that and that isabghol come out as its it...is true so it that because of that...

Dr. I often feel heartburn specially at night time, and sometimes because of acidity issue my headache and body pain occurs, when I press my head for relief, some air kind of thing passes through my mouth (dakar). Please suggest some home remedies and what all are changes I can have in my routine life. I am breast feed mom.

Hi, I have had a chest pain last year and went for a checkup, the doctor after taking ecg prescribed pantacid and Mucaine gel to take after dinner. The pain got relieved after taking the meds for 3 weeks...and whenever I have chest pain I continue the doses for few days . Recently I encounter the stomach and chest pain often, should I continue these medicines or go for endoscopy? How long can I safely continue taking antacids? Thanks

Hi, i started noticing red blood on my stool from September 2020. It continued for weeks. I also had sting sensation on the anus, when asked my sister to look at it, she said there's a tear at the outside of anus. I was relieved. But suddenly since a month or so I started noticing some times that there's dark brown/red spots on it with sometimes red thing too. Today I noticed it again but considering that it didn't look like bright red I got worried. Also I had gas and stomach and pelvic cramps beforehand.

I am facing issue with swallowing frequently because of my GERD.i have diagnosed with grade 1 esophagitis, lax less and antrum gastritis before 2 years.is the problem leads to Barrett's esophagus? How can I diagnosed whether any abnormal cells present in my esophagus? Here I have attached my Endoscopy report. Please guide me

Can ibs c cause around naval area pain ?actually i have constipation problem from the last 10 months and sometimes i have colon pain around naval area.is it due to ibs c?or it is something more serious problem like ibd or tumour? I like to add that my ct scan report is normal it only shows "loaded colon".cbc report normal,esr 60 (normal range 40)..

Hello I am a MDR TB patient and I intake mdr tb drugs daily all I want to know can I take ENO during my treatment for gastric relief, if yes then what duration should I keep between ENO and my antibiotics, like if I intake Eno then how long should I wait until I start my antibiotics and what if already took my antibiotics then how long should I wait to take ENO. Btw ENO is sodium power antacid which is dissolved in water.

Acute pancreatitis fliud collection and near kindey around collection it happened 3 weeks before still now unable to take normal food if taken abdominal pain

I am suffering with this problem from past 6 years . I took anxiety treatments it helped a bit but there are more problem behavourial inhibition . In public I can't go to the bathroom for bowels I feel fearful and also doubt have problems regarding prolapse or fistula . I want to visit doctor but can't travel much. I don't understand how to protect myself from getting embarrassed.

Initial I was admitted in a hospital with the symptoms of severe diarrhea, vomiting and loose motion, but in subsequent time when I am getting better a test of amilage and lipage is conducted and they found lipage level 865 and amilage level 2876, although I take released from the hospital but after 2days am feeling weak and little fever. So what should I do now.
