Hello doctor I have went to gangtok for 15 days for work purpose there I don't have proper meals as I m vegetarian and due to improper availability I have to skip dinner sometimes and I come back home this Monday and have constipation and I have taken cremaffin syrup with softovac and my constipation is almost cured but now I m noticing white mucus in my stool ...please guide is it serious problem

Hi Doctor, I have GERD, had Hpylori with chronic non-atropic gastritis with ulcers and on medication. With this I also have Internal Piles which was diagnosed after doing colonoscopy. Very often I pass blood in stool and I have severe back pain. Before passing motion I feel complete body very discomfort and even get tired. After passing I'm little relaxed with tiredness about pain the rectum is there. I'm taking Colospa' medicine and 4k-peg. But I still get blood, not much and steak.Pls advise

Hi, I am always having constipation problem even I am eating home made food like roti/rice normal food less oil. I have tsh level presently 6 . I am not feeling well due to constipation. My current weight is 95 kg height 5.7 inch. Daily doing walk running 7km for 1 hr weight training but not loosing weight could you please suggest how I can solve constipation problem . and how manage to loose weight when my body not responding.
