Stomach Problems & Remedies

I always have a gassy stomach, and often I face digestion problem like loose stools atleast once a week for 2days then it settles. I noticed that when I eat fibre more,it leads to diarrhoea. Digestion often happens very quickly,whatever I eat morning, it comes out as a poop,by evening,not properly digested,most of it what I eat can see in a poop..... what might be the cause behind these...... please help out to get out of this health problem

I am having lower abdomen pain and it mild but it happen all day since 3 months no constipation and no diarrhea, no fever what it could be

Stomach tightness, twitching in stomach from 2 months. Some time feel normal some times stomach is tightened, chunchunahat in stomach.

Gastric causing chest and left arm pain. Paining since morning, want a quick remedy for this pain.

I feel my digestive system is not able to absorb/rejecting  some important nutrients like vitamin E, B12, vitamin D. My small intestine lining is good as per report. What other cause can result this.

My sgot/sgpt ratio is 2 but individual values are normal 12 and 6 respectively and my direct bilirubin is 0.39 total is 1.0.. CRP value is 9.5.. does it seem like there is a problem ? Have too much burps sometimes.. and some gas issues.

Whatever I eat Food Is getting back after 30 mins. What is the Cause? How to avoid it? Is there any problem with Esophagaus?

I am undergoing antituberculosis treatment with akurit-4 for suspected TB. Can I safely take paracetamol for fever once a day without causing liver issue?

Is SRUS serious condition? Can it turn to cancer? I was diagnosed with it 2 years ago.. symptom was severe bleeding every week! Some tissue was biopsied but it revealed mild inflammation ( proctitis) the Mesacol course taken for 10 days stopped bleeding... no more bleeding since 2 years but pain is dere.. also have haemorroids Just want to know does SRUS cause pain? How often to monitor that? I was told after 2 years colonoscopy is to be repeated in my case
