Stomach Problems & Remedies

On day 1, I had difficulty swallowing water, food. I felt like it was stuck in throat and there was discomfort in chest. On day 2, I had unexplained fatigue in morning and evening. On day 3, in early morning, I experienced difficulty in breathing. Normal breathing was not happening. I went to our family doctor, he checked with stethoscope and told that it was due to gastric. My laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery was done a month ago. I have been taking fitgel susp and panvue d and one more tablet since yesterday. Now again I am having little difficulty breathing and mild chest pressure. Should I see a gastroenterologist? Is this GERD?

Doctor I'm suffering from belching and Flatulence Continuously and I can't digest yogurt, fish,nuts etc but I'm ok with rice I have done endoscopy and find lymphangiectasia h pylori negative and I'm in treatment from last 6months with different ppi but no use so please suggest me good treatment other than diet because from last 6month I'm taking only rice without spices and having food 6times,drinking 3ltrs water walking 30min etc etc

Hi, I've noticed from USG scan that my liver size actually decreased from 15.4CM to 14.5CM and these two scans were done 1.5 years apart. Is it normal? I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver then and even now it shows mild increase in echotexture. Please suggest

My son is 22 months I have given bandy syrup with the consultation of paediatricians he advised to give 10 ml as first dose and repeat the same after 14 days. But some how we missed the second dose. The date of second dose was on 4th March. And we have noticed red colours worms in his toilet after giving the first dose. Can I give second dose after 20 days of 1st dose?

I am having stomach bloating with gastric issues since past few years. Even if I am eating very less, I always feel full specially after eating rice. Also, I get major gastric issues.  Can someone please recommend any medication so I can get some relief and fit into my old clothes. Thanks in advance.
