Gas, stomach ache, bloating, dark circles, vomiting, lazy,loss of appetite,no weight gain, face pe daane

First today morning I was feeling pain in my lower abdomin,then felt like fever and it last for some hours.the pain is not unbearable but uneasy ,can't stand longer,feels extra wait in the lower abdomin,same time feeling pain all over the belly when get pressed.not only today bt previously felt type of extra wait in the lower abdomin but not fever.. at the same time I feel a little bit gastric problem also..

Sometimes I having pain near stomach which is at different different places,sometimes sensation feeling or sometimes like something in enlarging inside. Sometimes I am having pain at the bottom of of left rib. Other symptoms are I am feeling tired and urine color is little yellowish. Don't have constipation. Gas is releasing. Please suggest. Is there anything to worry? Consulted doctor nearby yesterday and medicine are:- 1. Cizaspa-x 2. Odepraz D 3.Racy (enzyme syrup) He told to take for 10days else he will do ultrasound but still no improvement. Please suggest what problem it would be?

28 yeaes of age, after having food, burp is common for all, this is not a problem for, problem is that burp comes like vomitting like some part of food is stuck in my esophagus, and I feel that some of liquid cough is stuck their and also with food its not digesting, I use to take pan d at morning, its like if vomit then something will come out, but I dont want to vomit, any sugest for going this from the esophagus as well as from the body? For this some pressure in breathing, esophagus not clearing

Hello I have a acidity and gas from past august.. whenever I take antacid medicine it's normal but once I stop taking those medicine I again feel gas which not passed it always bloated in my stmoch feel acidity in throat indigestion... I have not done with endoscopy as I have fear of bcoz of corona.. can any other test I can do to diegnoues the issue.... please suggest I have a thyroid issue which is normal...

Antibiotics kill good bacteria of gut, What happens if all the bacteria in the stomach are dead due to over prescription of antibiotics, will this effect the body settings which is set since childhood, can this be fully reversed?

Hello Everyone I am Gurtej , I am 30 year old hotelier I have been facing some serious issues past 1.5 years which were very threatening , I had chest pain , pain radiating arm , jaw shoulder and even neck , I was over weight I reduced 25 kgs and once I went for all investigation all the investigation regarding the heart came fine , ecg , 2d echo , TMT all were normal but all the above problem is still there few months back I got diagnosed with hitus hernia and RUT positive  , I have been on medicine from them still all the above mentioned problems are persistent and keep occurring after every 15 days , also the pain starts from my left leg it is like a pining and burning pain . I have been advised to get it operated is there any other investigation I should get done because it seems like I have to live with such pain throughout the day at times . Please advise
