I am an it employee suffering from poor gut health. Kindly suggest as I need to spend most of the time sitting and I am pure vegetarian.

Doctor told me to do usg for my digest problem, as whenever I used to take food it come from esophagus to upper side, so he prescribed razo d, and sucrafil o, and suggest to avoid oily spicy fast food, now I am fine totally, problem is like 1% , 14 days medicine course and 14 days complete, will I continue? Please see my usg report, what to do next, may I consume alcohol a little, food spicy. A little?
