Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having stomach Growling problems from last 2-3 months. Whenever I eat something growling would start and then I felt that I have to go poop. I go to poop often times, it's not like diarrhea but I have to go poop often times and this is happening consistently and I also feel bloated. So how can I get rid from this problem.

When i begin to poop, there is a sharp pain. But it slowly goes away as i poop further. But the pain remains for the day. And it is uncomfortable to even sit. I previously had piles. It's sharp pain. Is it fissure? Why does it only pain in beginning?

I am suffering from functional dyspepsia since last 6 months. I have done all the tests and scans to rule out other possibilities. I have been taking amnurite 10mg since last 3 months which has shown some improvement. But I still do have constant discomfort. Can this condition be completely treated? Will I ever be able to see a normal day in my life? I haven't felt normal since last 6 months.

My 3 year son does not eat enough from last 7 days then 4 days ago he suffered from fever gave him paracetamol and fever cured within o ne day ,next day he did vomitting and gave him rantac znd then ok,today morning he vomit 3 times and 7-8 times he did loose motion now what to do?he does not drink ors

Actually due to constipation my mother is facing swelling and pain while sitting..plz suggest something..no idea if it is only swelling or something else

My 6years old son has mesentric lymphadenopathy,size of the one of them is 8.8mm. He has a problem of stomach pain(sometimes). What is this mesentric lymphadenppathy.i have attached a copy of usg report.plz let me know doctor is it a serious problem?

I burp a lot. I have been using pantop tablet but still get burps. This is very irritating to me. I won't eat oily and spicy foods. Dropped tea/coffee since 15 days. I feel like vomiting if I drink water early in the morning. Sometimes I feel like, even though I'm hungry, I don't feel like eating. The moment food goes inside into the stomach, I get burps. Please provide a permanent solution for this.
