Hi sir i suffering chronic pancreatitis last 8 -9 month first my hemoglobin 12.1.after 2-3 months i taking ayurvedic treatment hemoglobin increase 14.2 and now drop 11.2.iwant to the reason whay?

I feel hungry but dont feel like eating, I get vomiting sensation while eating(be it any food) sometimes to food smell. Not sure if it's due to gastric or some other reason

Since this morning, I am having a feeling that food is stuck in throat/esophagus. Also, since this morning I am having gastric and I have been burping many times. Is this because of gastric or is it something serious?

I have had constipation since a long time. I'm heavily dependent on laxatives. I'm unmarried and I have had pcod also and currently on glycomet sr 500mg twice. Sometimes I feel striking pain in my lower abdomen while passing urine/gas or stool. It's been there since a long time. And for constipation how much ever I drink water it doesn't resolve, I always feel dry mouth. Is it Interinterstitial cystitis? I underwent colonoscopy also it's normal. I was tested +ve for H pylori infection for which I underwent medication. My belly gets swollen for no reason at times. I regularly workout and maintain a diet.

I am 28 years old , I have pain in upper stomach & lower right side of the abdomen. Having watery stool from last 2 months . Sir Gastro doctor says that you have to stop taking PPI medicines two weeks before RUT Test. Can i take digene instead of PPI medicine during this gap before going for RUT for h pylori detection. Please confirm.

I took endoscopy before 3 year.impression was lax les,esophagitis and antrum gastritis. But today I have taken again every thing is normal even no lax les How could the sphincter strengthen. Is it possible to lax less returned in to normal?

Hi I got my regular check up done. The package had a CA 19-9 ADD ON. Now my result says 40.2 U/mL for CA 19-9. Apart from this the other indicators that were off were: FASTING GLUCOSE 109 mg/dL LDL 138.7 mg/dl Serum Bilirubin 0.89 mg/dl Uric Acid 7.4 mg/dL Eosinophils 11.2 % AEC 0.88 10^3uL I have never had any stomach related symptoms. I consume alcohol once a month and This was the first time I did a CA19-9 TEST. How worrisome is this? What is the best course of action now for me? Whom do I see?
