Stomach pain and chest burning
I m feeling like ant is biting me inside of my stomach and sometimes pain arise somewhere and sometimes somewhere else .. breast inflammation in breast also ... why is this happening? I had taken the gas tablet also but don't get relief ... jus tell me what's this and tablets

Continue antacid twice daily along with syp sucral o 3 tsf 6th hrly

Do dietary and lifestyle changes as advised • Small and frequent meals – 5-6 times a day- Breakfast heaviest meal and dinner lightest meal of the day • Healthy balance diet-Avoid free suger, free/refined carbohydrates, free fats specially trans-fat/deep fried food. • Chew your food well before swallow • Plenty of water like  3-4 litter if no contraindications • Regular exercise like brisk walk (30-45min per day) with profusely sweeting if no contraindications • Do meditation to reduce anxiety and stress . • Good sleeping habits (early to bad early to rise) • Most  part of each meals rich in fiber like salads/oats/sprouts  and Eat salads/fibers specially before major meals • Keep head end of bed higher side ( Approximately 15cm from baseline) • Do not put pressure during passing stools • Avoid prolong  fasting (Eat within 2-3 hours) • Avoid heavy meals in evening hours • Avoid alcohol, smoking if any, excessive oily and spicy  food,  Carminatives  beverages , Tea,  Coffee, Chocolates • Avoid Pain killers/Ayurvadic medication without consult doctors. • Screening and Controls of blood suger, hypothyroid, blood pressure and dyslipidaemias needed if any. • After 50years age and/or family history of malignancy and/or alarming symptoms then GI screening needed
