  4. Not able to pass stool. Please suggest.

Not able to pass stool
Due to hard stool pass, got some cuts in the anus area. It is swollen and blocked. Now I am taking fibre and laxative and also sitz bath.but still having problem passing stool. I am facing the problem from 1 month . Please suggest.
