Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm a female with very oily skin and acne prone, though I do not have active acne at present. I have had experience with Sunban lotion several years back that used to make my skin super oily that I have to wipe it off within sometime of application. I got fed up with sunscreens and have not been using one ever since then. Now I want to start using a good non-toxic sunscreen with some nourishing elements like niacinamide that will not make my skin oily or create breakouts and keep it dry and normal. I have some visible open pores that I want to reduce.  Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Having these splinter hammorages on different nails which comes & go.. feel dizziness when walk, heart palaption. Having hurt murmur as well for which i done echo two times and report comes normal. I had visited Vietnam last year. After coming back i development a oval small swelling on my stomach. I googled it which suggested mollusca contagiosa. It was not troublesome. But from last 2-3 days it has become red and it's sometimes itchy. Before 5 days I had travelled and used a used towel.. what to do. Is there anything I can use to suppress.
