Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, Actually I can't identify my skin type, It's somewhat sensitive and I have blackheads and whiteheads, the whiteheads tend to form red pimples later, earlier I didn't had any acne. Now if I use Salicylic acid based facewash, my skin is sensitive and tends to get irritated, flaky and swelled up, and during summers also I felt irritated dry and flaky , but if I don't use that my blackheads and whiteheads aren't going away and at the same time even if my skin is dry I have those and in summers my skin turns a bit oily. So what should I use for the dead skin cells or blackheads and whiteheads without damaging my skin barrier?

I have pcod and more than normal AMH and my hairfall is someday below 50 and someday more than 50 but less than 100. But my middle partition is widening and overall volume of hair is lessening. My dermat suggested me Redenswr and Hairbless tablets but will my hair be grown back with these? Please suggest so that i can grow my hair back.

I was taking fluconazole 150mg for ringworm infection on thighs.i took once weeklyfor 3 weeks. In the 4th week i didnt take because i got sick witj throat infection and taking althrocin. Pls tell me will it causeany side effect. Will i have to take the 4thdose of fluconazole after stopping althrocin?
