Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have this red rash on my chest for past 2 weeks , it gets better on its own and again flares up . It is itchy sometimes and i have this falkes of skin around the hair follicles only when the skin is dry .

I want to ask about this cream as I forgot to take now I'm confused about name my dermat prescribed it

My problem is strech Mark's in body. Strch Mark's survai in hand bone joint area. Please pricribe the effective cream of strech mark.

Hi Doctors, I have been to work and trips in Pondicherry, Chennai recently and due to long traveling on two wheeler in afternoon and evening shifts there is a quite Tanning in my hands such that difference between hand exposed in Sun and area inside Tshirt is looking very different and face is also been affected. What are best cream or product to get DeTan for both hands and face? Also is there some sunscreen I can use to avoid this in future because I need to go work in same timings again. Please let me know on this, Thanks!

I have noticed a sudden small black dot/mole on my right index finger as seen in the picture. It's not painful or problematic in any way, but I'm just wondering if this is something i need to be worried about? I am a healthy male who doesn't smoke or drink and lead an active lifestyle. Please advise.

Suddenly I noticed in my left toenail, I couldn't recall exactly if I was hit by something or not.. but I wore shoes without socks a few days back, shoes were a bit tight. Looks like a bit of black and red in colour. What should I do now? Is it serious? If not serious how long would it take to recover?

Hello,I have to visit Delhi in April,my problem is when i visit north in summers my face becomes dark, dull and oily, also whenever I apply makeup in summer my skin starts burning, my complexion is wheatish but it becomes darker. My niece is facing issue that she has not a good hair and her hair is not growing properly. I am attaching her picture. Please suggest any way to grow her hair. We give her fruits,nuts, salad ,chapati,vegetable as per her needs.

No pain but I have a tingling feeling when it gets touched. No growth or reduction is remaining the same from day of  occurrence
