Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been using betamel gm since from 4 years..These days my skin got worsen and it became red and if I stop using it, I am getting pimples and even more dry skin...I am unable to stop using it and unable to continue too..Pls doctor suggest me something..A sincere request..I am completely hopeless pls

I have severe psoriasis for last 7 years. Recently doctor prescribed Tofatas 5mg twice a day. I can see excellent results. I took the medicines for 3 months and achieved around 90 percent skin clear. However when I stopped the medicine; patches have started to erupt again. Doctor has asked me to take Tofatas for 2 months again. How safe is Tofatas and how long can I take it without any side effects. Is it lifelong drug?
