Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

INTERTRIGO ARMPIT AS NAMED BY OUR DERMATOLOGIST, MY WIFE IS HAVING SEVERE SKIN RASHES WITH ITCHING AS WELL AS BURNING SENSATION IN ONE SIDE OF HER ARMPIT SINCE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE GIVEN MEDICATIONS ARE NOT WORKING WELL. IS THERE ANY OTHER ISSUE WHICH THE DERMATOLOGIST FAILED  TO DIAGNOSE WELL? IS IT ACTUALLY INTERTRIGO ARMPIT OR CELLULITUS OR HERPES OR A GENERAL FUNGAL INFECTION. ANY SUGGESTIONS, RECOMMDATIONS  OR GUIDANCE IS WELCOMED.🙏

My Aunt has been getting painful sores/ ulcers on her feet, which the doctors have described as diabetic foot. Even though her Sugar levels are under control now, the pain and the sores refuse to go away. Doctor has suggested Lulibet and Sofinax Ointment to be applied 2-3 times a day. She has been applying this Ointment for two weeks, but still there is no improvement. Please suggest.

My mother has red itchy rashes on the skin in winters. With taking citerizins tablet it becomes normal. Whenever she stops taking medicine, it appears again. Also some patches are also there due to itchiness.

Hello doctor, My kid had white patches on face and on consulting doctor they told it's pityriasis alba it goes away.but it's been 3months but still the patches are seen..is there any cream/ointment that I can apply to see better results..

My Immunoglobulin - IgE Total - Serum has come 448.5 while the range shown in the report is 1.5-158. I have hpv and ring worm. Could that be the reason. Even my Absolute Basophil Count is zero. Please let me know if this both parameters are of concern. Thanks

Dear Doctor, Please advise  those list of  tests to be taken either blood or any tests BEFORE starting medication of Itraconazole . So we could monitor the liver and its  readings before consuming the capsule and after completion of the course of medication.
