I have this boil on leg. It is painful. It started of with a small dot when my hair got pulled. Pls tell what is this and what can be done.

Doctor has prescribed me brilanate face serum for my tanning of skin and also sunhalt gold sunscreen daily but my skin is getting more darker after applying that particular brilante face serum, then doctor prescribe me liquirce and lactic acid peel that I used only yesterday for 10 min and washed my face but no changed at all pls tell what to do
