Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

3-4 years ago when I was living in India, I was suffering from a severe fungal infection/ ring worm on my bum and lower back area. Unfortunately, I didn't consult anyone that time. When I moved abroad which is a colder place then with time i believe the infection has gone because I don't feel itchy and there are no scars of ringworm now. But it has made my whole bum area very black. Could you please consult any medicines/ cream to get rid of the blackness and also advise what treatment/ precautions to get rid of this infection permanently. Itching at night and morning and redness like dot seen on both legs down the knee . I have applied cream fusidic on this it get treated but again it happened.
