Yesterday night something bit me and there was swelling and now from today I am seeing these dots/rash on skin .they are not paining neither itching .are they serious ?

My 16 month old has been having flat non blanching rashes for almost 20 days now. It started from her lower legs and slowly spread to full legs, arms, face and few on the trunk. She doesn't have any other symptoms and the rashes don't itch. She is her usual self otherwise. I am sharing some pictures for reference. Have shown these to our regular paediatrician twice ( last time 10 days back) who thinks these could be atypical hfmd. My worry is it's not going away. Very few spots I have noticed fading But new ones are still appearing. Please suggest if a blood test is required

I am 21 years old and I have oily and acne prone skin . I've always had acne issues due to which I've always suffered from scars and hyperpigmentation. I've consulted various dermatologists but ends up in the same issue after some time . I'm frequently getting new acne too. For hyperpigmentation and scars should I use aziderm 10% cream (I've used this before ) or should I go for Demelan cream? Which one is more affective ? I also have some discolouration around my cheekbone area . Some of my acne marks are old and dark while some are still red and new. Please let me know what will be a better option from the two and if there's a better alternative for it. I follow a proper skin care routine in the morning with moisturiser and spf 50 sunscreen.
