Black heads & ingrown hair on thighs
I wax my legs so I've ingrown & blackheads on my inner thighs. The skin is quite lose over there and due to manual removal of both red spots have been created on my thighs. It's spreading making my thighs appearance look ugly. I even have pcod. What should I do I clear off those spots & stop the growth for ingrown & blackheads. I've provided all the details of my concern so kindly provide some solution rather than a direct consultation as currently I cannot afford a consultation.

Salicylic acid based products and peels should help you initially. In this complex case, any hair removal method will create issues, so you can consider laser hair reduction
