Fordyce spots on Lips
I have fordyce spots on my lips. I have already applied tretnoin (after consulting a dermatologist) over it but it did not work and this gel made my skin around the lips dry patchy pigmented.
Please suggest some treatment for it fordyce spots on my lips

This is common adverse effect of retinoids. We can try plasma pen and TCA peels for the fordyce spots. In your case I specifically feel micropigmentation will be helpful
