Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can a 7 year child get nail psoriasis. I consultant multiple doctor's few said that to be fungal infection and few said that is psoriasis. There is no psoriasis background in family. And the infection is on all nails of hands and legs. Will ayurvedic treatment reliefs from arthritis psoriasis if so. Please suggest me. I am soo concerned. There are few patches in head also and doctor said that is also fungal infection.

My skin is too oily..It gets oil on my face after 2 hours..iam using tea tree mama earth face wash and nothing else. What should I use to get rid of oil and pimple?
