PFA 2 images. Require immediate effective solution to extreme underarm pigmentation.
I have always regularly shaved the area, never waxed. I have used de pigmentation lotions on the area but no effect.
It may be due to perfumes/roll ons.
Which medicine/procedure can I opt for? I am inclined towards getting a procedure done.
I do not have any health condition nor am I on any medication for the same.
It is my age to get married soon, and I am extremely conscious of this pigmentation. Please help.

Topicals are not going to give tremendous results. If you are considering professional treatments, peels specific for intimate areas are available and also laser depigmentation
