Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have PCOD and thyroid. I am taking disne 35 and medicine for thyroid.I am having hair fall since two years. Since one month I am having excessive hair fall. 300-400 hair strands per day. In one month my scalp has become visible. There is no way to hide it. I was using minoxidil 5% and still I am. Is there any chance of growth of the hair which I lost in one month? I am really depressed and it is severely affecting my quality of life.

My hand palm skin was thin and dry after frequently hand washing from Covid time, even if internal veins are visible now some part of the palm. I am starting using glyco 6 cream which contain 6 percent glycolic acid . My question is can I use plum green tea oil free moisturizer with that. This moisturizer contain niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. Is that ok?

Hello Dr, I had my nose pierced 3 months ago but it's hurting still hasn't healed .I have already had medication befor due to infection" 2 times" but now it's the "third time" the puss is coming out and it hurts  .I don't know  the reason it's happening again and again. I have so many acne/pimples, both small and large and they bleed sometimes, scattered all over my face, excluding the chin, nose, and eye areas. I'm also experiencing intense itching on my scalp with a significant amount of dandruff, consisting of both large and small flakes. I suspect there may be a connection between the scalp itching and acne, as both issues started simultaneously. This happening from for the last 6 months. After shampooing today, the itching subsides for 1-2 days, but it returns afterward. I wash my face twice a day. Despite trying different shampoos and face washes, and even discontinuing their use to identify the cause, I haven't seen any improvement. I would like to consult with a doctor here, but I am unable to do a video call. Instead, I will chat and share photos of my skin. If any doctor can help identify my problem, please assist.
