I got swelling of skin and itching all over the body and it happens mostly when I am exposed to winds (mostly cold win) . Sometimes while I'm working under an Ac room it just starts swelling by itself and will vanish after some time.

What you are experiencing is cold urticaria. Your body is responding to the cold environment and releasing certain chemicals which leads to the formation of wheals (bumps). You need not worry as this is not dangerous
