Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Sweating a lot not only in summers but also in winters like dripping sweat. At times I feel very embarrassed too, because my shirt becomes wet. Any suggestion or meds to control would be helpful.

To be honest in all professional fields when someone ask for help, most of the time everyone  helps without any greed.Iam a marine engineer and when  we post or see any query we try to solve that without asking money in return but a profession which equal to God is just opposite. Saw many questions which can be easily answered by professionals but still the doctors are so greedy and money minded that they just write we have better option ,consult privately. Helping a person little bit is not that hard. A normal person now is scared to go to hospital and police station.

I used to bite and peel off skin on my lips in childhood but from last 3-4 years when my lips are dried a white dry layer peels off from those areas that I used to bite in my childhood, mainly   the inner edges and tubercles of both the lips and when the skin peels off, i can see the new red skin on that area only and that hurts really bad while talking. After sometime it gets dry and repeat the process. When my lips are mositurised with water or lip balm, then there's a white layer on those areas. I tried everything but still not cured. I noticed as this is on tubercles and the areas where I used to bite in childhood, it's making affecting my lips shape, my lips shape worsening day by day. It's like that chapping isn't curing. The outer areas are normal, they never peel. Because of this my outer area of lips have black colour and normal linings whereas inner area have smooth red skin which looks weird. It's affecting my confidence in public, i really need a solution. What can I do?

I am a type-1 Diabetic, I almost every month have this kinds of lump some may differ with size and pain on alternate sides of armpits, I have tried keeping it clean, applying underarm roll on and keeping it clean in all possible ways. I was also applying T bact fungal cream but these keep on coming every alternate month. Now this lump is causing me pain, the area next to lump is hard and the lump is soft on the right armpit, what can be done and what is it ? Is it severe?
