I got jock itch and it have black patches in that patches I'm getting itching my doctor gave prescription how many days it will take to cure

I am having a big lump/boil on my right armpit, it appeared suddenly and I have it  on my left and right armpit alternately every month. The lump is hard, it was soft before and the area around it is also hard. It's painful and i wanted to know if it's something serious?

Sir I have such small growths on my skin which I noticed two days back. I am concerned about what these are. Family history: My maternal uncle has peculiar muscle growth all over his body, which are called "neuro fibers" i think. It's an unusual growth of flesh that is quite big on size and it is there all over his body. Does this have any relation?
