I have these few bumps from 10 days approx and they are not going away i took anti allergic for 5 days and applied candid b lotion on it prescribed by one practo Doctor it resolved all but once i stopped using all this these came back i dont understand what is causing them i feel like burning sensation when they are red big bumps but I don't feel any itching on tiny bumps that are on my back of hands very concerned when will it resolved and what is causing it actually

Redness & kind of dry pilling top of the nose. Cheeck & around lips what should i do i took antibiotics which is suggest by my near doc
