Can isotretinoin cause autoimmune diseases...can we use isotretinoin with asthma and gastric issues.....

I occasionally get this cut like a lesion below the right earlobe and behind the ear ( at the crease) with scales around and feels like some liquid oozes out. I am attaching a pic

Hi This is question to entire medical fraternity. I have been facing the dandruff issue since childhood. I have been trying out all possible solutions to treat dandruff yet still the problem persist. I just want to ask is there no medical treatment to cure the dandruff completely?
