I shaved my head today after many years and i relalised that i have many black color dumps on my scalp. Please see the pic. Are they DPN? How do get rid off them? And also i have itchy and patchy scalp with flakes. What should i use to get healthy scalp?

Can I take glutathionine pills daily..?For how many days should I continue and how much quantity..pls suggest me the brand too and I am 17

Hi doctor I have itching fingers in my right leg...last 2 fingers...i went to the dermatologist He advised luliford cream and antifungal powder. Then too my itching does not come down Becz of itching...2 fingers are open wound and little swelling and pain.. Can you please suggest

Pus-filled pimples on buttocks and lower body. The pimples start small and itchy, then become big, red, and painful with a white dot-like on top. They are deep, big, and hard inside than outside and after a few days, they burst and release water, blood, and pus. The area is painful and experiences pain in the whole area till the depth of pimple The pimples have been occurring for more than a month and they keep coming one after another, like one ends and other occurs, it doesn't occur all along they occur one by one and one after another They  are mainly on the back buttocks and occasionally on the outer thighs. It started from the outer thigh area right above my knee and left big black mark The pimples are both painful and itchy. There are no other accompanying symptoms. The severity of the pimples is 9 out of 10 There is no fever, chills.

My hair is getting thinner day by day from 5 years and  I also have hair fall my parting is also widening I also have facial hairs on chin and neck I consulted a gynecologist but my hormones and ultra sound came normal my gyna suggested me birth control pill should i consult to new dermat because I consulted one dermat but no improvement

I was unwell and 2 of my nails showed pitting and separating from nail bed some 6 months back along with hair loss. Now no nail pitting got back to normal but hair loss still mild. Do I need to do any immune tests? All my thyroid and sugar levels and harmone tests are normal

Daughter takes Buffalo Milk in routine. Just introduced Cow Milk. Got rashes on forearms, Cheek, Ear. After four days again gave cow milk curd and again aggravated. Now Doctor gave omacortil treatment(2 spoon first week, 1 spooon second week, half spoon third week), Dermacalm(3 times a day, Atrax (in case of Itchiness). Consulted 2 dermatologist and 1 Peadtric. Followup after 4 days. Is giving Omnacortil safe?
