Can I use dermadew glow cream daily in the night  for face ? Will it cause any side effect to my skin.

I have anemia nd auto immune thyroditis .planning to hydra facial . can i make it done or any side effects

I'm facing dryness on upper eyelid frequently. I have a moderate acne. I use niacinamide and tretin 0.05%. Though I use moisturizer, still the dryness persists and there is a little bit of peeling on the skin happening.

There was slight genital rash developed more than a month ago. I took medicines (antibiotics) and did STS test after 6 weeks from observation of this rash (prescribed by Dermatologist) . Results were non-reactive. I was applying neomycin ointment. At 8th week it turned very red and spread a bit. I did full STD panel test (RPR, TPHA,  HSV 1,2, Chlamyida, HIV) and all results came out negative. This is not going . Can someone help .(image attached)
