Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've taken isotretinoin for 3 years and when I stopped the acne came again. My dermatologist asked me to begin the medication again for 6 months and now when I stopped the acne came again. What should I do please help

I am using dermadew acne soap in the morning and at night I use salix face wash,dermadew soap is makes my face dry,can I change my facewash to ahaglow and use salix face wash at night or does it affect my skin and at night I use kojimed too,this was prescribed by my dermatologist but I want to substitute my morning soap,please help me out
