Recently got vampire facial from a professional...it's day 2 after treatment but still the treated area at my cheek looks very red and it doesn't appear as microinjury rather as abrasion ...she was definitely more aggressive over this area and it was paining ...is this normal or will it scar

You consult the your dermatologist regarding this. If micro needling is done with higher mm needles then definitely it can be more aggressive
