Is this a pimple or folliculitis ( see the attached image). I get these very frequently on face.I am a female and have little facial hair. If it is folliculitis does laser hair removal help in getting rid of this?

I had itching in this particular place..then applied suthol..now it looks like burn marks..what should I apply?
